What Do We Need?

  • Colored fabrics
  • Scissors
  • Thread/Sewing Machine
  • Fiber paints
  • Paint brush

  • Stuffing materials
  • Fabric Glue
  • Drawing Patterns
  • Picture of the character

How to Make An Angry Bird’s Costume Without Getting Angry!

Now that the materials are ready, all that is left is sewing it properly (sewing part not my turf .. :D)

1. Cut the cloth into the shape of the character that you have chosen to be. It would be better if you cut a newspaper stencil first and then use it to trace the shape on the cloth and then do the cutting. You will have to cut four of these.

2. In two of the shapes cut a whole of the size of your face and sew them together but make sure you leave a hole for stuffing.

3. Sew the other two clothes in the same way.

4. Now stuff them with cotton.

5. Sew the two stuffed materials together but leave two holes on both sides to stick out your arms

6. Lastly, look at the faces of the birds and paint them on the costumes using fiber paints!

Voilà! Your angry bird’s costume is ready! Have fun Trick or treating!
